    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law. The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or use of the website.,excluding its conflict of law rules. You expressly consent and agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in England and English courts. Any cause of action by you with respect to the Site, the Privacy Policy, or any Content or related services must be instituted within six (6) months after the cause of action arose or shall be forever waived and barred.

Live Seminars & Live Webinar

  1. There is a $50 administration fee to withdraw from Live Seminars.

  2. Cancellation between 21 to 30 days prior to the seminar date, the greater of 50% of the registration fee or $50 will be deducted from your refund.

  3. No refund if cancellation is less than 21 days prior to seminar date.

  4. Non-refundable deposits are required for specific courses. These amounts are non-refundable regardless of the policies listed from 1 to 3 above.

  5. Changes/Cancellations
    We reserve the right to change location, date, timetables or course content of live events at any time. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a live event without offering an alternative, a refund for the relevant fees will be made.
  6. Please make sure to book you travel arrangements on a flexible or refundable basis. We cannot be liable for any unforeseen circumstances that might prevent us from holding an event.
  7. Single Modules: No refunds can be issued if should you be unable to attend part of the course due to a different commitment or any other reason. Non attendance of part of the course disqualifies from participation in the final examination.
  8. There may be the opportunity to purchase single modules during a later course cycle, providing there are spaces available. This offer only stands if spaces are still available at the end of the booking period of any one course. Students attending the full course are given priority, and the remaining spaces are given out on a first come, first serve basis to people who notify us of their desire to attend and pay a deposit within the booking cycle of the relevant course. Single modules are charged pro rate, deposits paid in these instances are refundable if no space comes available.

      Please do not miss your live seminar or live webinar if possible. You cannot ask your specific questions if you are not present. We cannot offer refunds on missed live content due to the limited amount seat/slots available.

      Effective August 1st, 2015, we are able to offer you time limited access to your live webinars. All courses purchased beginning August 1st 2015 will have a six month time limit to be completed for CEU/PDA/CPDs and you will have limited, time restricted access to your purchased course materials for reference and reviewing purposes.

      Regulatory bodies require you pass (70%) the assessment tool (quiz) and complete the feedback form to receive your certificate of completion and CEU's/PDA's for Recorded Seminars, Recorded Webinars and Live Webinars

      Downloadable Recorded Seminar Course & Recorded Webinar

      Effective August 1st, 2015, we are able to offer you unlimited access to recorded webinars. All courses purchased beginning August 1st 2015 will have a six months time limit to be completed for CEU/PDA/CPDs if eligible and you will have unlimited, lifetime* access to your purchased course materials for reference and reviewing purposes.

      Regulatory bodies require you pass (70%) the assessment tool (quiz) and complete the feedback form to receive your certificate of completion and CEU's/PDA's for Recorded Seminars, Recorded Webinars and Live Webinars. Your certificate will be generated in your account automatically for you to download and print after you pass the quiz and complete the feedback form online in your account.

      We do not offer cancellation refunds on Downloadable Recorded Webinars & Recorded Seminar Courses.

      The fine print:

      • Unlimited, lifetime* access is access to downloadable courses and course materials for a single individual or account as long as the technology is still available and supported by Mazin Al-Khafaji.

      • All courses purchased as of August 1st 2015 have a six-month access for CEU completion, review and reference.

      • Registration for an upgraded unlimited, lifetime access is only available for courses purchased after a future date to be confirmed. Mazin Al-Khafaji reserves the right to exclude past courses based on availability.
